What are the best aspects of this product?

Clear interface that can be used by everyone, those who have knowledge in technology and even those who don’t have so much experience with technology. It is very helpful tool for performing data, to get the information they need. We don’t need technical support anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t understand all the filters we have for data entry and data mining. Also, I have some issues when I need to copy-paste and update the data, when I do this everything moves down and I have to search for it and find where it is starting from the top of the list so I can add the information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of important data on projects and employees so we can make powerful marketing campaigns and proposals. We use quick searches to locate semi-parsed information and we are provided with the information we really need.
