What are the best aspects of this product?

Enables teamwork in resolving customer issues, makes it much easier to manage and monitor every issue and helps make sure nothing is left unresolved. The multiple-activity functionality on any customer issue makes it easier to figure out a lasting solution. It also allows issue documentation in pdf form that enables the team to work on any issue even offline. It also offers free trial.

A very challenging software with very technical features demanding expertise to effectively use it.
