What are the best aspects of this product?

They were very supportive before we paid for the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They promised it would work with manufacturing, but it did not

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

one that would enable the system to report and interact with our production analytics so we can track our production and provide cost analysis

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

none.. which is why we have been trying to get a refund, which they promised and now will not contact us, no returned calls or emails.. very disappointing.
