What are the best aspects of this product?

Deskera reports have the ability to sync data from our private network using the upload tools that is reliable and effective.
The user interface is simple and self-explanatory, most user will be easy to get familiar with the system.
Many possible use scenarios with the ability to have the custom formula.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No predefined function for some statistical analysis such as NPS but can be overcome with adding custom formula.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would still recommend having more functionalities is the basic unpaid version of Deskera reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We organized our daily operation solely based on this software, from order entry, shipping receiving, and all the way to AR/AP. It makes our daily work more efficiently and more organized. It also helps the better work flow and communication among the departments. It has all the extensive functions that the large ERP software has, but at a very reasonable price. The program is well designed and organized. It runs pretty fast.
