What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Desklog for the past few months, the best things which I found very helpful are the inbuilt project management features where you need not invest separately on project management software. Moreover, the features like the automated screenshot, URL /App tracking, time tracking helped me track the daily project activities, and exact productive time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Try To Enable Auto Refresh For User Home Page

I feel an auto-refresh can be implemented on the user home page as I need to refresh in between my work each time to view the productive time especially when the user dashboard is kept open. This would save time from refreshing the window each time.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Display The Productive Time On The Desklog Icon Tray

It is an amazing tool that is tracking the exact productive time, idle time, offline time, total work time, etc and in the future I expect they will upgrade it so that I can view the productive time from the icon tray during my work instead of viewing the home page each time.

A Perfect Platform To Enhance Productivity

This tool was really very helpful as it tracks the accurate productive time, time at work, idle time. Each employee in my company was able to view his or her own work timeline feature and they were able to self assess how often they go out of work and this enhanced the overall productivity
