What are the best aspects of this product?

Insightful Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Attendance Reports

I found it very easy to track my team attendance with daily, monthly, weekly attendance reports. From the daily report, it is easy to track whether any team member arrived late or early and also how much time early or late the team member arrived.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Go For Customized Idle Time Interval Settings Instead Of Predefined

When I started using Desklog 6 months before the idle time interval was fixed around 3min for all users. It is good to know that now there is a range of predefined time intervals in the idle time interval settings but I still recommend that it will be good to have a customized one so that we can fix our own idle time intervals for our team members.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Provide A Consolidated View Of All Graphs In User Dashboard

It is good and easy that all the graphs like the productive graph, work graph, report graph, etc are shown on the same dashboard page but I need to drag down to view all the graphs so in the future it would be better if you can provide a consolidated graph on the same landing page

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No Missed Entries In Daily Attendance

Initially, It was biometric in my company and some entries would not be captured properly. Now Desklog captures the arrived time and left time so there are no missed entries and it exactly captures the daily attendance.
