What are the best aspects of this product?

We all take break time or go idle during our working hours but with this work timeline feature, it helped me to understand my own working style like how often I take a break or go idle, etc. This helped me personally to improve my work productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It provides option to download important screenshots. Though we can save each screenshot as an image I feel it would be better if there is a download option to download the required confidential screenshots captured to a single file so that we can easily use it for any future reference.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better To Have A Consolidated Productivity Graph Of All Team Members.Desklog really helped me to understand my team members like who is most productive or most effective or most offline logged. However, It would be good if you provide a consolidated bar graph indicating the productivity of all your team members.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Drastically Reduced Unplanned Absenteeism. With Desklog, all the employees in my company are using the Absence Calendar to schedule their leaves or vacation. So it drastically reduced unplanned absenteeism and thus enhances productivity too.
