What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You cannot provide ISO for other flavor that are not in the list but you can choose from Linux flavours. You are paying even when your machine is turned off. Snapshots archive all HDD so if you want to re-create machines you will need 5min to do it even for small machines. Sometimes the machines crash because of the hard disk failures.
