What are the best aspects of this product?
Using DocSend is convenient not just for me but also for my peers in the office. It's easier to share files with the team and work while on the go because of this platform. It doesn’t matter whether I’m using Google mail or Outlook Express because I could sync it without experiencing any issues at all. I also feel confident about sharing personal and confidential documents with clients because I can add a password to ensure that not everyone can view it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's challenging to get hold of their customer service team whenever I need to call and ask for help. The longest time that I've waited for someone to assist me was more than an hour, which is very unreasonable. For the steep price we are paying, I think they should do more to make us happy. The features are useful, but some issues need to be fixed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to install DocSend for all of our office computers. All employees use the same tool, which provides convenience and safety in file-sharing to everyone. We could organize our data storage unit to view and attach files whenever we need them quickly. I prefer to attach files via Doc Send rather than directly from Gmail because it can accommodate larger files, which doesn’t cause my computer to slow down.
