What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the primary reasons we decided to get DocSend is for us to secure all of our outgoing data from prying eyes. With traditional email, we would have a hard time tracking down the activity of every document that we are sending to other people. They can even copy and share it without our knowledge, which we need to watch out for. Instead of sending attachments to our external recipients, we prefer to use links that are faster to open and less risky to share. Also, it takes less effort to edit or modify our files, which is one reason why employees love using DocSend so much.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One of the things that I continuously dislike about DocSend is the subscription rate. I find it too expensive but what makes us stick to the product is its extensive features that help us accomplish our work more efficiently. Although its UI looks pretty plain and simple, I still think that DocSend is more beneficial when it comes to tracking document status.

Our company is a long-time subscriber to DocSend. We have recommended this product to other business owners ever since. In our line of business, we utilize emails to communicate with our colleagues and clients. We wanted to make sure that all emails are being sent successfully, including those containing large attachments. With the help of DocSend, we can simplify the process of exchanging emails, attaching documents, or sharing links to a group or individual. This platform's learning curve is so short that even newbies can quickly get a hold on how DocShare works, which significantly helps them improve their response time towards our clients.
