What are the best aspects of this product?

You can easily tell who reads your material. They cannot deny if they have not read or opened the documents or auto-deleted it. It gives you a visualization of recipients' email activity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found out that some of my clients use a fake email address, and the system doesn’t detect it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A lot of people in my team don’t read most of the emails that I send. That’s why most of them are not prepared during weekly meetings because they haven’t seen the documents. Using DocSend has given them the initiative to change their work ethics.
