What are the best aspects of this product?
I am now able to maximize my file-sharing capabilities through the help of ShareDocs. I can easily send links or attach files of all sizes into my email without worrying about having problems or error messages. This platform makes it more convenient for me to share sales proposals, application forms, reports, and other materials to deliver my job more effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our company is pretty small, so we need to monitor our expenses very closely. One of the downsides of using DocSend is the price. We are currently subscribed to the most basic plans that come with the simple features that we need. We want to upgrade to help enhance our current workflows and processes, but it's costly on our end. The higher plan comes with certain features like sending automated forms with electronic signatures to reduce paper waster and save so much time. DocSend offers so much convenience, but it comes with a corresponding price.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can choose whether to attach documents using the traditional way or copy-pasting the links that make it easier for people to view. You can do this as long as there is a WIFI or net connection. I get comments that some people could not view the attachments because it's too big. Hence, the sharing of custom links is a great alternative instead. With DocShare, I'm now able to collaborate faster with my clients and share different learning materials with them, building a stronger partnership with them.
