What are the best aspects of this product?
I didn’t have much of an adjustment transitioning to DocSend because everything seems easy to figure out independently. I am confident that all the content that I am sending goes to the right person/department. Also, links and documents are easy to edit/update, so you don’t have to spend too much time going into your files one by one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is essential that you double-check all the email addresses on your address book before sending any document. I realized that DocSend falls short in validating dummy emails, which can threaten our business. Giving us a heads up or error message before clicking the send button would be nice.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One of our struggles before using DocSend is that we are getting meager traffic on our official company website, resulting in low sales. We taught to develop a new strategy to promote our content proactively by creating links using this platform. That way, all links are readily available for sharing with our potential clients. We have successfully integrated it with Salesforce, so now we are getting more attention from potential clients. DocSend makes it more convenient for most people to access because it only takes one single click to view the information that we would like to present. It's faster or more convenient rather than visiting the actual website and taking the time to navigate its content. We've tried this method for several of our clients, and it works, so we are happy to be building a long time partnership with them.
