What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that I can upload my contracts, mark the spots that need attention from the other party and then just send it. I get notified that the client has signed and the document is stored digitally. It makes life a lot easier than having to run around after a contract. It can even send a reminder if the client takes to long.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some clients don\'t know the software and signing can sometimes be an issue. It would be great if you could use the mousepad on your laptop to just sign un stead of having to hold down a button.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More international contracts. I am based in South Africa and most of your templates are from the US
