What are the best aspects of this product?
It is pretty simple and easy to use. Very convenient to collect signatures on documents within the comfort of your home or office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Perhaps it is only because I am using it for the first time, but I ended up having to create and send the same document twice because of simple edits that needed to be made on the document. I have not had someone send me a document for signature on multiple pages, but I wonder if it prompts for the signatures in all required fields require completion.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Automatic reminders if a document remains unsigned.

I work in a school. Now that we have moved online, I am able to collect signatures from parents and other staff members on special education documents.
