What are the best aspects of this product?

The program is straight forward to users and does not have a long learning curve to get started. The template creation is relatively responsive to devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Template creation could be easier to make boxes on the smallest setting. Currently when attempting to size boxes, responsiveness causes some issues.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Within template builder, have requirement options for text field boxes. Such as numbers only or alphabet only. Regex expression validation to require specific monetary formats would also be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is now easy to retrieve and organize legal agreements in one space instead of keeping track of individual printouts or pdf files on different storage devices. The ability to have legal signature via the internet has also sped up our agreement turn around time and make our customer satisfaction better as a result.
