PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am not the most tech savvy and don't have time to figure out a new program so your best aspect is that the navigation of the platform is user-friendly. Second to this, I would say the documents are easy to look up, store, and it looks like the platform can keep them organized. Making my edits were simple as well. Creating a place for others to sign on my document (use of the highlighted boxes) were easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I have not had any problems. What could work better is making sure the signature box can easily stick to the location I wanted (on the signature line). I had to try a few times.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am not sure as of now, I've only set up my acct and practice sending a document to myself. I suppose making sure the highlighted box (signature box) can land on the signature line on the first try.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to get a client signature and keep better record of them signing/submitting it vs them typing their name and emailing it to me. I can look more professional with having a small/home business.
