Simple, Well-Designed e-Signature Software

What are the best aspects of this product?

Great workflow - easy to use. Prompt, personal customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No apparent way to format text fields.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Would like to be able to construct a contract in a modular way, inserting stored clauses. Not sure if this is possible, but it would be ideal for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I no longer have to create a word document, convert to pdf, add my signature, then send via email -- and keep track of its status manually.
