User friendly & fast – EASY!!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is so user friendly it may seem TOO easy! For someone like me, who is slightly tech-challenged, I was able to navigate this site very easily and send of my first few documents.
I love that it clearly shows the state of the document and the actions that are still required & who needs to take them. It's all right there in front of my face.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did have some difficulty adding in a photo of my signature, which I would prefer to use rather than a generic font.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not sure yet but I will be sure to let you know.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ease of use for signing legal documents, it goes easily to their inbox & a copy of it is held in the cloud too. It helps with business credibility & professionalism, even for a small "on woman show' business.
