What are the best aspects of this product?

Documentum has given us a reliable and extensive space for all of our files. We’re in this partnership for the long-haul, for sure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can’t expect Documentum to just magically organize your files for you. You need to set aside time to categorize your files and save them under specific fields. Otherwise, you would have trouble searching for keywords without declared main categories. Other than this tedious task, everything works smoothly for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Documentum has been a reliable platform to which we can save all of our documents. We’ve been able to easily grant limited access to our clients too--letting them browse through some of our outputs.
