What are the best aspects of this product?

Documentum takes care of all the nitty-gritty of product launches for us. It handles the tasks that not a lot of us in the company are subject-matter experts of--such as the processing of licenses and feasibility of projects. This tool has given us a good value for our money, considering the number of people there is in our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’ve offloaded the grueling task of dealing with numbers and the processing of licensing with Documentum--however, there isn’t much support in the product differentiation department.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Documentum has taken care of migrating some of our data files on the web--making it more accessible to employees and clients alike. What’s impressive is that this did not take up too much time.
