What are the best aspects of this product?

One major benefit that I see in using Documentum is that I can access files in just about any platform--in my work station, my PC, and even my mobile devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s quite difficult to learn. Although there are certain tutorials available, these can add up to the confusion too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My work revolves around data management and securing all of our company’s files into Documentum. So far, this has been quite a reliable tool to work with.
