What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Documentum is that we can see the history of edits done on certain documents. We can easily export specific elements of documents too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Managing Documentum on a larger scale can be quite a challenge. I needed to duplicate preferences and access across multiple users and I had a hard time doing so.

This tool has provided us a secure and reliable resource for saving all of our files in the company.
