What are the best aspects of this product?

Documentum allows us to access and manage documents across multiple operations all over the globe. It stores a pretty reliable timeline of the different updates that we have done on certain documents too--allowing us to follow the improvements and see the history of file versions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Looking up documents through this vast database is possible--but takes up a lot of my time. Overall, I think this particular feature still has a lot of room for improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We rely heavily on Documentum to store our files and take note of the different versions of our documents.
