TERRIBLE! No support, very expensive

What are the best aspects of this product?

Platform for notaries to do online notarizations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Absolutely NO support! I paid $680 upfront and another $20 for ID credits and this platform does not work!! I tried to do an online notarization yesterday and when I hit "notarize now" nothing happens!! There is no one at DocVerify to help! All I got was useless emails. Then the kicker - I get an email with DocVerify bribing me to leave them a good review!!!! If you look right at the top of their website is an offer for a chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card for a review!! That explains how they are able to con people and got all the good reviews!!!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better support. Platform to be more user friendly. A REFUND!!!!!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NONE!! DocVerify (DocTerrify is more appropriate) has caused me so many problems and head aches! I've had nothing but problems with this site and not one time has anyone from DocVerify returned my calls. Today is April 18th and I've been waiting since March 28th for a return call!!
