What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects are that this product offers a lot of functionality for what it's designed to do. However, the addons needed to run a successful e-commerce site require you to purchase the $249 Pro package.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service is NON EXISTENT! On top of WeDevs $249 asking price, they have little to NO customer support. Had multiple issues that needed to be addressed including shipping and vendor payment solutions that are nonexistent now that PayPal Adaptive Pay no longer works. Once again a PAID developer is going into Dokan/Woocomerece to see what solutions they can come up with since Dokans own plugins don't work as advertised. Horrible experience so far. Get WFCM Marketplace instead. INCREDIBLY customer support.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Get better support and have American Engineers write your documents. They explain little to nothing in most situations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. They actually gave me more issues to deal with.
