What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been benefitting from Dolibarr for over a year now and so far so good. I am very impressed with how much of it I can configure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its modal view doesn't suit me well since I work on two to three platforms at a time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's excellent in serving various business needs. I'm particularly happy about being able to access it through mobile.
