Both the Donesafe platform and its technical support team are incredible. The guys quickly help us sort out complicated and straightforward issues through professional support. Our Donesafe account manager is outstanding as well. She had shaped the Donesafe UI to meet our specific demands and branding perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Donesafe has no cons. It is easy for us to maximize its functionality and use it according to our particular company demands. It efficiently carries many fingerprints of our company, such as our risk matrix, language, templates, hard copy formats, etc. No other SaaS has done that for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Donesafe lets us connect our health and safety system to various operations that we do in our company. That includes processes that we complete while in the community where we serve.
