What are the best aspects of this product?

Flexibility of the system as well as the integrations between modules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

An easier way to import CSVs. It's difficult to import 500 questions that require show/hide rules

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Geotracking, a "collapse all" feature when editing subforms (collapsing tabs to make it easier to edit)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
