Its convenience is outstanding. All of our authorized employees can easily input hazard and incident information into the platform without hassles. They can use it to complete the necessary training too. Then, it lets managers easily access the whole dashboard or churn out reports anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't bumped into any serious problem with this platform. Yes, we do come across some concerns, such as errors and interface changes. But the tech support team is always up to help us. We only need to connect with the helpdesk, and then they'll make tickets to fix the issues instantly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to establish a full system for health and safety in our company. We use it for different demands, for our employees, and other locations. It has drastically minimized our need to use physical documents for management purposes.
