What are the best aspects of this product?

I very much appreciate the work Ahmad Ibrahim who helped me get acquainted with the software. Despite not pushing through with DonorSearch for financial reasons, I wanted to leave a good word for Ahmad, who has been very kind and responsive while exploring this option.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It may not work for SMEs with budget constraints. However, it would be a perfect option for large companies looking for software that will return comprehensive data, given that they can afford it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ahmad, the support team representative, was really good at his job and has been really helpful in determining if this product was the right fit for my research project.
