What are the best aspects of this product?

DonorSearch provides us with all the data that we need for fundraising. Without this software, it would have taken us a very long time to collect ourselves.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software's search capabilities should be improved for easier use when finding a specific address. Additional data about address history would also be useful. Our previous solution provides us with this data. However, DonorSearch is still a more cost-efficient choice.

DonorSearch provides excellent customer support service. Their software also provides us with sufficient data about our donors and prospects.
