Great experience with DonorSearch

What are the best aspects of this product?

DonorSearch is useful for understanding donors and becoming more effective at motivating them to give. We love that it comes with a friendly interface and a complete set of tools. It also runs smoothly. We are delighted with this tool and would highly recommend it for research purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took some time for us to be utterly familiar with the UI design. Some minor details about donors might not be precise, but this does not affect the data by large. Overall, our experience with DonorSearch is still a great one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

DonorSearch offers a seminar to help its users learn how to use each feature of their website. Attending this has been very beneficial for our company.
