What are the best aspects of this product?
The software is lightweight and easy to install. Our previous platform was difficult and expensive to use. After years of struggling, we decided to switch software platforms because our previous one didn't support the features we needed. The software is so intuitive and easy to use that we only needed two sessions to become familiar with it, after which we were able to start using it without additional training. What used to take months now takes days, and the time saved is a lot.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're waiting for the Zapier integration to connect with all the programs so we can start automating with other programs. It’s coming soon though so we’re excited!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Not sure, this platform truly has all the fundamentals already. But time will tell!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our former software was not intuitive. It took 45 minutes to get to tech support via the online chat system, and they were not knowledgeable about how to correct the problem. DoorLoop is much more efficient.
