Has the best CRM and tenant portal that promotes growth

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to use and has good user interface. It delivers all details I need right away. My collections for the last 4 months has improve drastically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Relies on net to perform and sometimes i don't have WIFI around but that is minimal issue that everybody faces.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am satisfied with the current version and would not want them to complicate the software. I think this one is easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to collect more rent unlike previous session where we were just getting 70% due to many factors that this software has sorted out.
