What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily calculate our monthly sales taxes! Using DoorLoop for property accounting makes my life so much easier and lets me know what I need to pay the IRS.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

N/A, honestly great all around. Super user-friendly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to see customizable dashboards with the most important reports and KPIs for my business. I do believe they are working on this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had trouble all keeping all the tenant information organized and accessible, that\\\'s what prompted us to look into DoorLoop. But after we started using it, the accounting aspect of it solve a LOT of our accounting issues.
