A good software for any office

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about DottedSign is that it is suitable for me and my colleagues that work in other offices of our company. It had to be a well-thought out software in order for many people to be satisfied with it. The taste differs quite a bit among the company's workers, so we couldn't agree on a single e-signature platform. This was before we were recommended to try DottedSign. I think it can be called an optimal app because it managed to meet everyone's needs. The best aspects that lured us in were the useful features, intuitive interface and favorable pricing terms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When editing the document's settings, I have to confirm the changes on every stage and the app processes saving of the document every time I do it. I would rather make all the changes, and only after that confirm them and save the document. Although, not all of my colleagues agree with me on this, so I think it depends on personal requirements of each user.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice to have an offline version of the app available, so I could prepare a document even when I'm not connected to the Internet, and when I'm back online I can just get it signed quickly. Although, this happens rarely, I would still enjoy being able to continue working even without an internet connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I think the problems that DottedSign solved for us were pretty common. One of them was having tons of expendable paper in the office. After we'd complete a new contract, It would be faxed another office or to our business partners so that they would sign it. After signing, they'd fax a new version of the contract with the signatures back, which is really inconvenient because we have at least two copies of the contract at the office. Obviously, the software saves a lot of time too.
