PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Several features of the platform come in really handy. I like that I can make drafts of files in the application, edit and work on them and all the data will automatically synchronize with all my devices. It's especially useful when I'm working on the desktop version of the application and then go somewhere taking only my smartphone with me, such as when I go out to lunch, for instance. I don't need to save anything, the app will do everything automatically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As for me, everything works fine. I haven't experienced any problems in using both mobile and desktop versions of the app. Sometimes some insignificant bugs such somewhat of a slow upload process, but I'm usually not too bothered by it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

After adding a file to the app as a draft it can be edited, and new assignees can be added. But I think it would be great if I could also edit the file itself a little, like if I could rotate its pages or delete some. It would be very useful in order for a user not to use additional programs for document editing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since there's a good synchronization function, the app helps a lot with work-related and activities because the workers don't need to take anything but their smartphones everywhere, which means that they are available much more frequently. It's maybe not the best news for the lazy workers, but for the rest of us it is :)
