What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the UI of DottedSign. For me it’s very important that a job-related platform looks simple and professional. The app meets this requirement and I can ask my clients to download it or use it through the browser without any problem. The look of the interface is what makes the first impression not only of the app itself, but also of my company that invites other parties to sign a document.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, when I want to save a document after I load it into the app, it needs some time to process the request. After it has processed, it gets buggy - and I have to save it again after doing so just moments ago.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As for me, I don’t need anything else to be added in the app. It has so many useful features, like the ability to recover deleted files, which I constantly use because of my obliviousness, a nice notifications system, an ability to save my signature and stamp. Never experienced shortage of features in DottedSign.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Well, as I said earlier, it’s all about looks nowadays, so the app is really helpful, in terms of clients capture and retention. So it’s not quite problem solving, more like good assistance in sustaining a positive company image.

Why did you decide to change it?
The interface failed to meet my personal requirement of being a professional-looking platform. In general, DocuSign is okay and some users might find it useful, but I just wanted my clients to take my company’s services a little more serious, that’s why I switched to DottedSign.
Are you satisfied with the change?
Yes, the switching over went very well. The platform offers all kinds of instructions you need for adjusting to the UX/UI (in the ‘help’ section). Besides, from the very beginning I just loved how the app looked, so I don’t really have any complaints.
