What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like the fact that a user can sign a document without the necessity of having an account. It's not a problem for me, but since I send invitations to sign documents to different people, and not all of them have accounts with e-signature applications, it is a significant issue. Actually, I started using the software after I was invited to sign a document via email and completed the task within 2 minutes, which was also convenient, not just fast. The simplicity of this software is what makes it so useful. Also, the UI is nice and comfortable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The website version usually works without any bugs, but the Android mobile version is not good. It has happened to me several times when I'd create a new document and want both parties to sign it, but I can't send them an invitation. It keeps saving and no invitations to sign the documents arise. It's not always like that, but I wish no such problem occured at all.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I think probably the one feature that is missing is documents analytics function. It would help me to track how work related documents are leveraged.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to have a problem with our clients complaining that e-signature platform had overly complicated features or that the signing process took them long too due to being buggy. Now it is more or less solved. It also helps that the website version is fairly well designed.

Why did you decide to change it?
Well, the interface of Genie was quite good, but the software can't be downloaded to a smartphone or an iPhone, there's only web access, which is not too convenient.
Are you satisfied with the change?
The app works not as well as the website version, but in general it is a good app and I like having a quick access to the documents and tracking features.
