What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, DottedSign offers its users a free package of functions, so I don’t have to buy a bigger one if I don’t need an extended version. Second of all, there’s a browser version of the platform so if I don’t have enough time to download the app to a new device, I can just open the website and that’s it. Besides, the whole idea of DottedSign is great as it is a huge time saver.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A small tutorial section on their website could be a little extended so that a new user could absorb information slower, and at a more convenient pace.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to be able to change the theme of the interface. Sometimes when I work a lot and continue seeing the same color of DottedSign’s UI every time, it’s gets a little irritating.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The problem of having to be in the office in order to scan a document is totally solved. When the documents need to be signed in a short amount of time, the person responsible for handling the documents can just scan it with their smartphone camera using DottedSign’s integrated scanning function.

Why did you decide to change it?
Because the amount of documents that can be signed for free is only 3, which is pretty low, and when none of our business partners have tried the application before, so it’s a whole story with convincing them to get the paid version after signing a few documents in there.
Are you satisfied with the change?
Yes, we are. DottedSign is much better. Besides, the interface seems to be more simple, so when our colleague who has never tried e-signing before is going to use the platform for the first time, we don’t really have to explain anything. The app is pretty much self-explanatory.
