E-signature platform with bright and simple UI

What are the best aspects of this product?

After using this software for some time, I'm finding the platform quite useful and some tools/functions are pretty convenient. I think the creators care about their users' comfort and try to meet their needs. I particularly like the ability to track the process of signing, simple UI, an ability to print the documents with signatures instantly or download it from the application or the website version of the platform. Besides, if you have a small company it is possible to use the free version of the platform, which will be sufficient if you don't need to add more than three assignees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes some time to open a document in the website version of the platform. Even when you have already loaded and edited it and just want to check something, it still will be opening for a minute or so, especially if the document is large. It's okey in general, just a little annoying sometimes.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think it would be great if there were an 'undo' button not only in the menu of editing a document, but on every page of the site as well, so that if you have already opened a big document and then went to another page of the site, you could come back to the document without a necessity of having to load it again, which takes some time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We haven't actually used any e-signature solutions prior to this one. I've been reading lots of reviews and had tried a couple of free versions of different applications, and ended up liking DottedSign the best.
