What are the best aspects of this product?
In my opinion, DottedSign is a good app in general. I'm not even sure what features specifically stand out for me. I like the simplicity of it, and that it contains quite a few useful features, like reminders for recipients, an ability to save your stamps and signatures, and the notifications that the app sends automatically to the assignees' e-mail addresses. These elements are designed well enough in order for a user not to get confused and be able to use the app without any problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, when I'm working on a document's settings and have to step away for a moment, I close the app for some time. When I'm back to it, the document is already gone and I have to load it and set the settings all over again.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like a function of saving the unfinished documents to be added in the future versions of DottedSign. I can't say that this issue bothers me too much, but I think it would be a good addition to the apps' features, and probably many users would like it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
DottedSign helps with time management. Firstly, using the platform saves a lot of time since we don't have to meet with other parties in order to get a contract signed. Secondly, because of the reminding function in DottedSign, I don't need to worry about the expiration date and issues connected to that, like missing deadlines, because the app sorts these things out.

Why did you decide to change it?
My company has tried SignEasy before DottedSign and sometimes my co-workers and even partners couldn't deal with the registration process, which was very buggy. The platform in general is okey, but that first impression is really important.
Are you satisfied with the change?
We're satisfied with the change since we don't seem to be having the same issues with DottedSign and it makes a good first impression on our partners and is fairly convenient overall.
