Good app, full package.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Apart from being a well-thought out and a fairly well-functioning platform, DottedSign is compatible with different operating systems. I consider this feature as one of the most important ones because I have to deal with people from all over the world, in terms of my work. It is really useful when they can use the platform on any device they want to. Also, since there’s a browser version, they don’t even have to download the app if they are not planning on using it long term

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I want to load a file to the app, sometimes I end up choosing a wrong file by mistake. When it happens, I want to be able to cancel the loading process, which doesn’t take that long anyways, but if I was able to do so, I could save a few moments, which wouldn’t be too bad

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like the browser version of the platform to have the same features as the mobile one. I understand that they probably diversify because of the pricing policy, but the app has a free version, which has more features than the browser one. This isn’t a crucial issue, but it just would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem of using different operating systems by my associates and partners. Now we don’t have to think about being able to use a single platform in order to sign a contract. We all use DottedSign, and most of us use the mobile version. I can go on a business trip without my notebook doing everything related to signing with an iPhone, which is quite convenient.

Yes
