Multi-functional app

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like DottedSign is a really multi-functional software. I can not only sign documents or ask other users to sign them, but can also set automatic reminders, an expiration date and track the signing process there. It helps me to organize my virtual workplace, which is especially relevant now when I have tons of different programs, each one of them fulfilling another function. It's a huge relief not to have to download a bunch of apps that all concern one matter.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing really seems to be working poorly. I hope that the way DottedSign works now, it will continue to do so in the future. It seems to me that the creators did a good job.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The only thing that is missing, in my opinion, is being able to create some kind of a company account, so that all the members of a company could have a corporate workspace with all their usual assignees and so on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I think the main issue that solves the software is disorganization. It helps to get all the elements that go with the signing process together. Assistants don't have to remind their boss a thousand times to sign a document, DottedSign does it. They don't have to scan or print a contract in order for its parties to sign it, they just open DottedSign and do everything online. Very convenient and simple.
