What are the best aspects of this product?

When I first started using the e-signature platforms, I was surprised to find out that the signing process is absolutely safe since it's encrypted. That's why I like the safety measures that DottedSign takes. It was nice not only to know that the process in encrypted, but also to be able
to set an additional one-time password which doesn't allow unwanted parties to get to my personal business. I should also mention that the UI of the software is really well-designed and also easy-to-use, which is a considerable reason for many clients who are not in the best relationships with technology, having the ability to use the software without any problems. Besides, there's good knowledge base in order for those who are struggling with some of the features to be able to understand how everything works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of editing of the documents could work a little better. What I mean by this is that when saving the settings, I tap 'confirm' and it saves the settings for a bit, and then everything reverts back. After a few attempts, I got that the document is already saved and I can edit the settings again and tap the confirm button again, but at first I was confused about the 'confirm' option not to go away after the saving.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would be happy if the software supported more formats than just PDF. Sometimes I have documents in other formats and it's not very convenient to convert them and only after that add to DottedSign. I have to say, though, that the rest of the software features are really useful and DottedSign can be called multi-functional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Working now is much easier with DottedSign. I really like how it connects me with my clients from other cities. The distance now matters even less. I can be anywhere, and yet be able to continue the working process. I don't need a fax machine now, don't even have to be near my computer to sign a document or invite my clients to sign one.
