What are the best aspects of this product?

The application is quite convenient for the e-signing process. I think it is simple enough for newcomers to learn everything about the ins and outs without any issues. It was really hard to convince the entire company to start using e-signatures and electronic versions of documents, instead of printing and faxing them. In order for that to happen, there had to be a convenient platform which would be as easy-to-use as possible. Our CEO wasn't sure about the safety of the process, but so far we feel safe enough to send out sensitive documents and not worry about anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app works quite well and I haven't noticed any problems with its functionality. Although it can be a bit slow during the document upload to the cloud, but other than that, I'm satisfied with it so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In my opinion, the free trial of the application could be prolonged a little. A new user of the app can use it for free for about a week. I don't think it's enough time to learn everything about the features and decide whether you want to buy the paid version or not. For me it was obvious from the very beginning since I really liked the app, but I don't think that everyone can make such a quick decision.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem of not trusting a e-signature platform. I already mentioned before that it was pretty hard to convince some of my co-workers to change the way of dealing with documents. I like it, mostly because of the simple interface, and the security features. We were finally able to change the entire process of how our documents are being handled. Most of them will not have to be printed, which also helps the company to some money on printing costs.
