What are the best aspects of this product?
I call this app my personal assistant since it helps me with handling some aspects of my job that can be a bit tricky. I really like that when I open the app, I see the progress of the signing process. It comes in handy when there are a lot of things going on and it's hand to keep track of them otherwise. This function allows me to just send the signing tasks and not worry about having to constantly remind the signees - the app does it for me. All I have to do is to set reminders and focus on something else. It's nice having all the necessary tools for keeping contracts and documents in order easily accessible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When opening the list of drafts and choosing one of the files, sometimes it takes several attempts to open one. The opening process is shown on the screen, but then the list menu appears again and nothing happens. I'd like this problem to be solved ASAP.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
When I add a contract that needs my signature besides the others, I'd like to be able to sign it instantly after loading the file, while setting it. The thing is that I have to finish the editing and only after that I can open the file again and add my signature. Maybe it is so because of tracking and notifications sending. If so, creators probable won't be able to add such a function without hurting the notification feature, then I'll be fine without this change.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can't speak for the entire company, but some of my colleagues and I can totally agree that DottedSign eases the working process. Without having to keep list of assignees, trying to remember who has already signed a contract and who hasn't. The working process becomes less boring and tedious. I think the main issue that is now gone is having to keep tons of records on different data, concerning the contracts.

The platform that we used before is called Precisely.
Why did you decide to change it?
Despite the fact that Precisely is quite multi-functional, it doesn't have the feature of tracking the signing progress and there are no automatic reminders. Since these aspects are crucial, without them the platform couldn't satisfy me and my colleagues.
Are you satisfied with the change?
Yes, we are - it's quite nice having everything organized. The majority of the features works as advertised, and although there are things I'd love to see changed and hopefully in the next update of the app, that will be the case.
