What are the best aspects of this product?
In my opinion, the best features are the ones that allow me to track the signing progress. I like that I can see the exact time when each signature was assed. There's also a reminding feature that works pretty well. I find it important in terms of dealing with expirations, bank deadlines or other time limits. I know that this isn't the only platform that provides such functions, but I enjoy this particular app nonetheless. Also, there's an ability to operate with deleted files - hide them, recover them or delete permanently. This is very useful especially if you want to recover some files you have already deleted from all the other places.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Android app is a little buggy, I think it could operate quicker in general. By buggy I don't mean that it crushes all the time, but it is a little slow, unlike the website version. Although, both of the versions have nice interface, so it's probably a matter of time for the Android app to operate a bit better.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
When you have already loaded a contract for signing, you can't rename it. It can be only done if the file is a draft. Maybe it is so because other assignees might lose the required file if the title is changed, but I think it would be great if file titles could be changed and for assignees there would be a little icon showing the previous name. That way they won't lose anything and a user could get an opportunity to edit the titles.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With a large amount of documents going back and forth, it'd hard to keep track of them and we often missed deadlines before. It could be a deadline of signing a contract or sending the document to the bank. With the platform's reminding system, this particular problem is gone, as well as the inability to check who has already signed a contract and who hasn't. We don't need to look through tons of emails anymore, now we can just open the software and check right away.

Why did you decide to change it?
The subscription was a bit more expensive. We were recommended to try DottedSign, so we wanted to compare the two apps. Also, InsureSign only has a computer version of the application, so we couldn't get it on our mobile devices.
