What are the best aspects of this product?
DraftSight also supports the DWG format. Also, it has the same interface and similar commands as AutoCAD. Furthermore, it is free to use. You can also opt for the professional version which is cheaper than AutoCad.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It gets a bit annoying as it reminds you to register the free version. Like AutoCAD, DraftSight sometimes freezes for a second or two. Also, their website is not great. It is not easy to know where to download.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use it for CAD drawings for my consultancy business.
